Star Wings Tourism and Travel LLC – Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Star Wings Tourism and Travel LLC, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding services and ensuring that our customers have memorable and seamless travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and our aim is to provide clear, transparent, and fair policies to accommodate such changes. Please review our comprehensive cancellation and refund policy based on the services you have availed:

UAE Visa Services:

  • Visa Applications: All UAE visa applications are processed in strict adherence to the rules and regulations set by the relevant Immigration Authorities.
  • Once submitted, visa applications are non-refundable regardless of the visa’s approval or rejection.
  • Unused visas are also non-refundable, under all circumstances.

Air Ticket Services:

  • Cancellation & Modification: If you wish to cancel or modify your air ticket booking, a written request must be submitted to us. Refunds and rebookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline issuing the ticket.
  • Penalties: Any penalties or charges imposed by the airline, including but not limited to rebooking fees or cancellation charges, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund Processing: Once initiated, we will process the refund as per the airline’s policy, noting that any refund penalties will be borne by you.
  • Airline-Cancelled Flights: In the event of an airline cancellation, we will make every effort to assist you in securing an alternative flight or rebooking.

Holiday Packages:

  • Alternative Arrangements: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that affect your holiday, we will strive to offer you suitable alternative travel options.
  • Refund Requests: If a refund is requested, it will be limited to the actual cost of the bookings made, excluding any third-party service charges.
  • Visa Rejection: No refund will be issued for visas rejected by the relevant Embassy or Consulate of your destination country.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Services that are either non-refundable or non-bookable, such as pre-paid or third-party services, are not eligible for refunds.
  • Supplier Refunds: Any refund issued will be based on the amount refunded to us by our suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).

Transfers and Transportation:

  • Cancellation Timeline: Cancellation requests for transfers and transportation services will not be honored if received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
  • Refund Penalty: If a cancellation request is received 24 hours or more before the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • Service-Specific Policies: Each service may have specific cancellation and refund terms set by the respective service providers. We will inform you of these terms prior to booking confirmation.
  • Refunds for Transfers: Refunds will only be processed for the original passenger who booked the transfer service.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Processing Fee: All refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Claim Period: All refund claims must be made within 12 months from the date of confirmation. After this period, the refund will be considered forfeited.
  • Policy Amendments: Star Wings Tourism and Travel LLC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, without prior notice.
