📌 Good to Know Before You Go

• Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that once your booking is confirmed, all tickets are non-refundable.

• Rates & Dates: Prices depend on availability and may vary during public holidays, festive seasons, and peak periods.

• Pickups & Drops: Timing may vary slightly depending on your location and local traffic conditions.

• Little Adventurers: Children under 3 years old are not permitted for shared dune bashing. We highly recommend booking a private vehicle option for them.

• Health & Safety: Pregnant women, or guests with heart conditions, back problems, and serious medical issues, are strongly advised not to participate in dune bashing.

• ID Requirements: All guests must carry a valid Emirates ID or a copy of their passport during the tour.

• Optional Add-ons: Quad bikes, dune buggies, falcon photography, VIP seating, and long camel rides are available at an additional cost.

• Entertainment: Belly dance performances will not be available during religious holidays and special occasions in the UAE, in accordance with local regulations.

• Tour Modifications: Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour due to adverse weather, government guidelines, or operational reasons.
