Counter check-in and baggage drop process
If online check-in is not available, airport check-in is your standard option. Plan extra time during peak travel periods.
- Reach airport early and proceed to your airline check-in area.
- Submit checked baggage and collect boarding pass if not already issued.
- Complete security and immigration immediately after check-in.
- Arrive at boarding gate early with passport and boarding pass ready.
