Step 1: Client arrives at the airport at least 4 hours before flight time and meets our representative.

Step 2: Boarding pass is issued and exit immigration process is completed.

Step 3: Client departs UAE for visa change processing.

Step 4: Our team starts the new UAE visa application immediately after exit.

Step 5: Client waits during processing (waiting area / nearby location).

Step 6: Once visa is approved, our agent sends the approved visit visa copy.

Step 7: Client re-enters UAE smoothly through eGates or immigration counter.

Terms & Conditions

• The Airport Visa Change service is subject to approval by UAE Immigration authorities, and approval time may vary depending on the system.
• In case the visa is not approved within 24 hours, delayed, or gets stuck in the immigration system, the client and/or guarantor agrees to be fully responsible for all further arrangements.
• If the visit visa is rejected for any reason, the client and/or guarantor will bear all costs, including but not limited to home country return ticket, fines, or any additional charges imposed by immigration or airline authorities.
• The company will not be held responsible for visa rejection, delay, or system-related processing issues, as all decisions are strictly under immigration authority control.
• Any additional charges, penalties, or travel arrangements arising from visa rejection or delay must be fully settled by the client or guarantor without dispute.
