• Deposit is refundable in case of visa rejection (processing fee may apply).

• Full payment or deposit is required before departure.

• Client must carry original passport (valid for at least 6 months).

• Visa approval is subject to UAE immigration discretion.

• In case of overstay fines, clients must settle before the trip.

• Processing time may vary; we are not responsible for delays from immigration.

• Cancellation after processing is subject to AED 300 service fee and bus tickets non refundable

• The client must be available for border exit and re-entry as scheduled.
